How a custom piece comes to life

1. Tell her your idea. Send a few words, a sketch or a photo. Metal, stones, colors, size, budget and the date you need it all help.
2. Agree on the details. Nigora replies with ideas, a price and a finish date. Most custom pieces take one to three weeks. Rush orders are possible for an extra fee.
3. Watch it take shape. She sends photos along the way, and one last photo for your approval before anything is final.
4. Check out on Etsy. She creates a reserved listing just for you on Etsy, so you pay securely with Etsy purchase protection.
5. Open your gift box. Your piece ships gift wrapped, with a polishing pad.

Custom pieces are made only for you, so they cannot be returned or cancelled once work begins.
